Filing of criminal claim against Nicolai Huls and Nick Paris

Dolphin Capital Partners Ltd (“DCP”) announces that further to the civil lawsuit filed on 17 June 2024 against DCI Advisors LTD (formerly known as Dolphin Capital Investors Limited, “DCI”) in Greece, a criminal claim for malicious prosecution was filed in Greece on 01 July 2024 against Nicolai Huls and Nick Paris, executive directors of DCI, as well as Alexis Anastasiou and Christos Katsanos, executive directors of certain DCI Greek subsidiary companies (the “Criminal Claim”).
The Criminal Claim was filed by Miltos Kambourides, Michael Tsirikos and six other individuals named in the criminal complaint filed by DCI on 12 December 2023. It relates to the accusations and charges that Huls, Paris and their accomplices included in their 12 December 2023 complaint. DCP and the individual claimants contend that those accusations and charges are false, and were known to be false by the complainants when they made their complaint, seemingly solely to exercise pressure on DCP in relation to the separate proceedings that DCP has filed against DCI in England in April 2023.
DCP and all the individual claimants have reserved their positions to file additional civil claims against Huls, Paris, Anastasiou and Katsanos and any other persons who are personally liable for damages incurred as a result of the various defamatory claims filed in Greece by DCI and its affiliates.

Υποβολή μήνυσης κατά των Nicolai Huls και Nick Paris

Η Dolphin Capital Partners Ltd («DCP») ανακοινώνει ότι σε συνέχεια της υποβολής ανταγωγής στην Ελλάδα ύψους €12 εκ. την 17η Ιουνίου 2024 κατά της DCI Advisors LTD (πρώην Dolphin Capital Investors Limited, «DCI»), ήδη την 1η Ιουλίου κατατέθηκε μήνυση για ψευδή καταμήνυση κατά των Nicolai Huls και Nick Paris, εκτελεστικών διευθυντών της DCI, καθώς και των Αλέξη Αναστασίου και Χρήστου Κατσάνου, εκτελεστικών μελών Δ.Σ. ελληνικών θυγατρικών εταιρειών της (η «Μήνυση»).
Η Μήνυση κατατέθηκε από τον Μίλτο Καμπουρίδη, τον Μιχάλη Τσιρίκο και έξι ακόμη φυσικά πρόσωπα που περιλαμβάνονται στη ψευδή μήνυση που υπέβαλε η DCI στις 12 Δεκεμβρίου 2023. Η DCP και οι μηνυτές κατηγορούν τους Huls, Paris και τους συνεργούς του ότι εν γνώσει τους κατέθεσαν μια μήνυση με ψευδείς και αβάσιμες κατηγορίες εναντίον τους, προφανώς με μοναδικό σκοπό να ασκήσουν πίεση στην DCP σε σχέση με την αγωγή που έχει καταθέσει κατά της DCI στην Αγγλία από τον Απρίλιο του 2023.
Η DCP και όλοι οι μηνυτές επιφυλάσσονται των δικαιωμάτων τους να υποβάλουν και νέες αγωγές κατά των Huls, Paris, Αναστασίου και Κατσάνου καθώς και οποιωνδήποτε άλλων ατόμων ευθύνονται προσωπικά για τις ζημίες που υπέστησαν ως αποτέλεσμα των ψευδών και δυσφημιστικών καταγγελιών και ανακοινώσεων στις οποίες προέβη η DCI και οι συνδεδεμένες της εταιρείες στην Ελλάδα.
